Question:Visit Our Family Tree!

Can I add my family information?

Answer:

YES... just visit the Family Tree, navigate to the person who you wish to attach, and click on the last tab.  This is an area where you can add people.  The "person to attach to" is someone that is already in the Family Tree to whom you have a relationship.  You cannot add names if you have no relationship to at least one person in the tree!

Since this really only works to add a few family members, you can also visit the Revise the Family Tree page.  Here you can find forms and e-mail contacts.

You can also send .jpg format photographs and documents.  See the How to Format Photographs and Scanned Documents page.

Question:Visit Our Family Tree!

How do you know all of this information is correct?

Answer:

Fact is, it's not accurate at all.  It's simply impossible to assure that every fact is accurate, if for no other reason, in the distant past it just wasn't common to write down life-changing events (including births and deaths), much less the mundane everyday events that are well documented today.  Please help me make any corrections that you may know.  See the Revise the Family Tree page to add your information!

Question:Visit Our Family Tree!

Who's in charge of our reunion?

Answer:

Visit the Family Reunion page for details about known reunions.  There, you will find the name an e-mail address of the Contact Person.

If there's no Contact Person shown, how about volunteering?  I can send out an e-mail to anyone you wish to invite!

Question:Visit Our Family Tree!

Where can I obtain copies of the Family Crests?

Answer:

Aren't they great?  In fact, there are a lot of companies out there that can provide copies of family crests; however, their quality may be dubious.

I use a company called Family-Crests.com, which is based in Pembrokeshire in the United Kingdom.  They appear to fully research crests, and with each copy provided, they will document the origins of every crest.  They appear to be reliable source of legitimate family crests.  Visit their website: www.family-crests.com to see their collection.
